It’s not up to you

Its not up to you to decide who should live and who should not. You’re here to live your own life , not everyone else’s.

Its not up to you to decide who’s pretty and who’s ugly. People weren’t born to look all the same and fall under some human constructed standard.

It’s not up to you to decide weather someone is smart or not. Before you judge other people’s intelligence, you should take a good look around you and realize that what you know Is a small fraction of the amount of knowledge excised.

It’s not up to you to decide who’s a good person or who isn’t. You yourself aren’t perfect so don’t go around judging other people’s imperfections.

Its not up to you to decide who’s worth it or not

Its not up to you to decide anything;

Your only job here is to live your own life and make decisions that concern you.

Your only job here is to be better than the person you were yesterday and that only starts once you stop deciding how everyone should live thier life

Realization

Life can be really funny sometimes,

You’d be walking down the street, and ONE thing, only one thing can happen and flip your life around.

One thing could make you a better person, while one other thing could make you a bitter person.

The difference between happiness and sadness could literally be hours away!!!

Every day, you wake up in the morning, having no idea what to expect,

Sometimes your day could go softly and be very usual like every other day,

While other days, major things could happen, and could even impact your whole being.

You never really know what is going to happen next – if you would get fired, get hired, get accepted in the university of your dreams, winning the lottery, the death of someone close to you, or even your own death-.

Personally, this realization helped me live in the moment.

It helped me appreciate every minute, even every second of my life.

It helped me see the world in a new way – new perspective-

Because you never really know if this moment will happen again in your life,

You never really know how the situation that you’re in right now will turn out.

What does this realization help you see?

SOCIETY

Today I will be talking about the society,

I have lots and lots of words to write on the society, but I’ll be keeping it short for now and maybe have a part 2 later on.

Let’s all face it, our society is MESSED UP! It truly is.

I mean, look at what’s happening around us,

Wars, fights, racism, sexism, bullying, judgment, etc.,,,,,

Like what is going on with the world?!

Let’s just talk about judgment today,

We ALL get judged almost every day, and we judge others too,

But why? Aren’t we all humans? Don’t we all make mistakes? Don’t we all want to live in a peaceful world where no one is judged based on their looks or sex or age or country?

So why do we judge? Can’t we just stop it?

I’m not saying I never judge anyone

I do judge, but I try my best not to,

Whenever I catch myself judging someone, I immediately stop thinking about it,

Because I don’t want to be judged so why judge?

But real talk here, society will judge you no matter what you do,

Good or bad, people will always have something to say about it,

For example:

You talk to lots of guys:  “oh look at her talking to all those guys, how slutty”

You talk to no guys: “oh she’s socially awkward”

You wear makeup: “fake beauty!”

You wear no makeup: “she’s looks plain and ugly, why doesn’t she wear any makeup”

You dress up nicely: “why is she so dressed up? All that to impress other guys?”

You wear sweatpants and a t-shirt: “why the hell isn’t she dressed up nicer?”

You are really outgoing: “attention whore”

You have some close friends and you only talk to them: “anti-social”

I mean these are just a few examples that I’ve personally been through,

I am sure there are many more,

But, at the end of the day, just remember this:

If people always have something to say about your life,

That’s saying little about their own,

Keep your head up, Stay strong, and just breathe.

Do whatever makes YOU happy and screw what others has to say,

Because it’s your life, and you have the right to live it however you want to.

Things I’ve learned over the last year:

These are five life lessons that I have learned over the past year:

  1. Life is as simple as you make it:

Believe it or not, life is quite simple! Yes it is. You are the one who make it complicated. You overthink and overanalyze the things that happen around you, which make you view life in a different way that it was supposed to be viewed. It’s true that sometimes life can be a big bummer and causes you to feel like it’s a horrible place to live in, but as long as you simplify it and look at the bright side of any given situation; you’ll be much happier!

  1. Your family is the best gift in life, love them and be grateful:

Your family is always there for you; they love you, take care of you, and help you carry on when things go wrong. They’re always there for you even when your best friends aren’t. Sometimes it may feel like your family is against you, and they’re doing what they’re doing to make your life a living hell, but in reality, they’re just trying to protect you and guide you to the right path, you might not understand it now, but you will later in the future or when you have kids of your own, and that’s why you need to love your family and show them the appreciation they deserve.

  1. Forgive quickly:

We’re humans, we make mistakes, a lot of them, and we want others to forgive us, but in order to get forgiveness, you also have to give it. Forgive the people who once made a mistake that affected you. Forgive them because you have made a mistake and someone else did forgive you, and now it’s your turn, and if you say you never made a mistake towards anyone, you will one day, and when that happens, you’ll probably want them to forgive you too!

  1. Be kind to one another:

And why should you be kind to other people? Because if you want others to be kind to you, you have to be kind to them as well. You never know what the other person might be going through, and you never know how a smile can make their day much better and easier. Make someone smile, be polite and friendly, and treat people well regardless of who they are or their position in life. This includes knowing when to say thank you, please, and I’m sorry.

  1. Say the truth:

NEVER EVER lie to someone else! Even if you realize it or not, lies have a short life time. Lies will get you nowhere and will make your life hard and complicated. The truth could be hard, and sometimes it could have many negative impacts, but let’s face it, no one likes to be lied to, we all want to know the truth. Truth will set you free even if you get in trouble for saying it. And remember that the truth will always come out in the end even if you said it or not.

Leave a comment and tell me about the lessons that you have learned over the past year!

Don’t Let Fear Decide Your Fate

Never let fear decide your fate

What it means is, don’t let the fear that’s in your head keep you from doing the things that you love. Don’t let those fears hold you from reaching your dreams. Don’t let those fears dictate your life.

It is obviously easier said than done, it’s not easy, it’ll take time, and it’ll take practice, and you will fail every once in a while, but as long as you keep going and trying, you will reach the stage where fears can’t control you anymore.

This takes me back to when I switched schools last year. When I first came, I was totally fine, fears had no place in my head, and I was fully capable of controlling them. All it took was a bunch of new people who insulted me and made me insecure about myself and I became withdrawn and fearful from anything and anyone who tries to speak to me or be friends with me. I became so shy and quiet that people asked me if I could talk. I was always scared of the things that might go wrong in any given situation and I over analyzed everything.

But then came this one point where I decided it’s time this bullshit stops. Life has to get better and I need to stop letting fear control me like this. I started talking to more people. I stopped letting anyone make fun of me in any possible way. I took control of my life and became 10 times stronger that I was last year. I still have fears, but I put them at the back of my head or turn them off completely. I admit I’m still shy and quiet, but I’m working on it, after all, not everything can change over a couple of months.

As for you, sit down right now, and think about your fears. Are you scared of being judged? People will always judge you anyway so why worry. Are you scared of losing someone? If you lose someone then he/she wasn’t meant to be in your life from the beginning, and if you lose someone, you’ll find someone better. Are you scared of getting your heart broken? Even if it gets broken it’ll definitely heal with time. Etc., so think about all those fears and figure out a way to get over them, and with time, fears will have no place in your head anymore.

Don’t let fear keep you from truly experiencing life, because life is a beautiful place once you let go of the things that scare you. Live life to the fullest and be happy, because you only have one life, so make the most of it. And as always, I would like to end it with a quote:

“The thing that you fear the most has no power. Your fear of it is what has the power. Facing the truth will really set you free” – Oprah Winfrey

You Matter

Feeling like you don’t matter?

Like you’re drowning in your own thoughts?

Like life isn’t for you?

Like you’re worthless?

Like no one cares for you or loves you?

Suicidal thoughts are running around in your head non-stop?

Do you believe it’s the only answer and the only thing that’ll make you feel better?

I’m here to tell you that you matter; you matter because you are you, and you will bring new things to this world that no one would be able to bring

I’m here to tell you that no matter what your problems are at the time, I promise you they’ll go away

You’ll get through them

And in the future you’ll look back and see how far you’ve become, and be proud of yourself

Imagine if you end your life tonight

Think about how many people you’ll hurt

Maybe you think no one cares for you

But they do

Think about your family

Your dad who never cries, will start crying

Your mom in shock,

Your brother and sister asking what happened and will start crying harder than ever

Think about your friends

Your classmates

You think that they don’t care but they do

They probably will think of you every day and think about all the times they hurt you

Your neighbors, your cousins, your teachers

Everyone will miss you

Your life is precious and you’re taking it away in the blink of an eye

If you think no one cares

Think again

Everyone cares, I promise you, and they have always cares

If you still think no one cares well I’m here to tell you that I care

Your life is valuable so please, don’t end it,,,,,
